When the hire contract is sent out you will receive a login to an information portal on our website. You can go in and read the answers to many of the most common questions we receive, find out how it works to hire vehicles from us and how you should act in different situations that can occur during the hire period.

We send our invoices digitally in PDF format. Please enter the email address where your invoice is to be sent.
OBS! Hyreskontrakten måste alltid signeras av firmatecknare. Vid händelse av att en person som inte är firmatecknare skall lägga bokningar på hyrfordon kan ni fylla i uppgifter om behöriga företrädare längre ner på denna sida. Genom ditt godkännande fungerar detta som en löpande fullmakt.

Behöriga företrädare

Ibland kan inte alltid en firmatecknare signera varje enskilt hyresavtal. Här nedan kan ni därför fylla i personuppgifter till behöriga företrädare och därmed ge dessa tillåtelse att boka hyrfordon i företagets namn. Detta fungerar som en löpande fullmakt, företrädarna i fråga kommer att kunna boka hyrfordon hos oss tills ni meddelar oss något annat. Observera att detta inte är tvingande fält.
